Everything your ISP runs on, in one place

Ten modules are live and in use today. Four more are on the roadmap, and every one of them is labelled below — we would rather you knew now than found out in your first week.

Subscribers & CRM

Live today

Every subscriber, one record

The subscriber list is the centre of the product. Each account carries its contacts, its address, its services, its invoices, its payments and its tickets — and the list itself filters and sorts on what you actually chase: who is offline, who is overdue, who is in which estate.

  • Product status and network status derived across all of an account's lines
  • Addresses come from your own list of estates and buildings, so “how many subscribers in Kileleshwa” has one answer
  • Account numbers in your own format — it is the reference a subscriber types at the paybill
  • Several contacts per account, with a primary for SMS
  • Multiple services per subscriber: a home line and an office line on one bill

Billing & invoicing

Live today

Invoices that reproduce themselves

Recurring billing on your own billing day, with your VAT treatment, your currency and your numbering. Price, tax and period are copied onto the invoice when it is raised, so last month's invoice still renders exactly as it was sent even after you raise your prices.

  • Idempotent billing run — re-running it cannot double-bill a subscriber
  • Ad-hoc invoices for a router or an installation, kept separate from renewals
  • Grace period honoured by the invoice, the disconnection sweep and RADIUS together
  • Voids with a reason, and a number sequence with no gaps
  • Invoices and receipts render as branded PDFs on demand, never stored stale

M-Pesa & payments

Live today

Money that finds its own account

Connect your Daraja paybill and payments reconcile themselves. A C2B confirmation or an STK Push result is matched to the account number the payer typed, allocated against the outstanding invoice, receipted, and the line is reconnected — one code path for both.

  • Paybill (C2B) and STK Push prompts from the subscriber portal
  • A payment that could belong to two accounts, or to none, waits for a human — never a closest guess
  • Part payments held as credit and spent the moment there is an invoice to settle
  • Append-only ledger: a reversal is a compensating entry, never a deleted row
  • Channel credentials are proved by a real test before the channel will switch on

MikroTik & RADIUS

Live today

Provisioning without touching a router

FreeRADIUS authorises every PPPoE, hotspot and static-IP session against the subscriber's service and the clock. Suspension, reconnection and package changes happen in the database and take effect on the next authorisation — there is no router edit to forget.

  • PPPoE, hotspot and static IP from one service record
  • Session-Timeout carries the time remaining, so a line that runs out ends itself
  • A session nothing has been heard from is closed at its last contact, not at now
  • Per-service device limits, copied from the package at the sale
  • Usage is a ledger of increments, so a month's usage lands on the right days

Hotspot & vouchers

Sell an hour to a passing phone

A captive portal in your own branding, a generated RouterOS configuration you paste once, and walk-in passes that a phone buys with M-Pesa in about thirty seconds. Walk-ins never become subscriber records, so your subscriber list stays a subscriber list.

  • Generated MikroTik setup: bridge, DHCP, RADIUS client, both walled gardens and your own login pages
  • A second hour stacks onto the live one rather than replacing it
  • Vouchers are hashed and shown once — bind one to specific devices or let the first phone take it
  • Expiry warnings sent as a proportion of the pass, so an hour and a fortnight both get fair notice
  • Subscriber routers can carry your open SSID over a tagged VLAN, off their own line and off their bill

Ticketing & field work

Live today

A job the field can close honestly

Tickets from the desk and from the portal, dispatched to technicians with the address and the phone number they need. Subscribers rate the ticket when it closes, and SLA timers run against your own targets rather than a generic clock.

  • Subscriber satisfaction rating on every resolved ticket, reported per technician and per category
  • SLA tracking with first-response and resolution targets, and a breach that is visible before it happens
  • Resolved is not closed: the field says what it did, the desk rings the subscriber and closes it
  • A technician sees only the jobs they are on — a phone in a van carries addresses and numbers
  • Materials drawn from stock on the job, costed at the price they were issued at
  • Internal notes a subscriber can never see, enforced in the query rather than on the way out

Subscriber portal

Live today

Where your subscribers pay you

Your own domain, your own brand. Subscribers see their invoices and receipts, pay with an STK Push prompt, raise a ticket and read its progress. A subscriber whose line is suspended can still sign in — locking them out of the place they pay is the one thing a portal must never do.

  • M-Pesa STK Push from the invoice, with the result reconciled like any other payment
  • Invoice and receipt PDFs in your branding
  • Raise and follow a ticket, and rate it when it is resolved
  • Its own identity and session tables — a subscriber is never a row in your staff table
  • No route in the portal accepts a customer id, so one subscriber cannot read another's bill

Inventory & stock

Live today

Stock that balances to the job

Routers, ONUs, patch cords and drums, tracked as a ledger of movements rather than a number somebody edits. Stock leaves through a job, so every drawdown has a ticket behind it and a level can never quietly go negative.

  • A level is the sum of its movements — a miscount is corrected, never overwritten
  • The database refuses to take the last unit twice, even from two technicians at once
  • Items issued to a job are costed at the price on the day they left
  • Suppliers, deliveries and per-technician usage

White label

Live today

Your ISP, not ours

Your logo, your colours, your domain and your favicon across the console, the portal, the captive portal, invoices and receipts. Status colours come from a palette you choose — one of them deliberately avoids a red/green pair, because that is the most common way a NOC screen fails somebody.

  • Point your own domain at your workspace from the settings screen
  • Branded invoice and receipt PDFs, and a branded captive portal
  • Five status palettes, including a colour-blind-safe pair
  • A consistent “Powered by NexaQuid” line on documents

Notifications

Messages an ISP can defend

SMS, email and WhatsApp through your own provider account, with every template shipped switched off and editable in your own words. A message is sent once — the database says so — and what you told a subscriber, and when, stays answerable months later.

  • Bring your own Africa's Talking, Resend, Twilio or Meta WhatsApp account
  • A channel is off until a real test message has proved the credentials
  • Invoice reminders on your own schedule, and one template covering every offset
  • Placeholders validated against the event at save time, not discovered blank in three thousand messages
  • Broadcasts previewed, capped, and sent against a count a person actually saw

Monitoring & NOC

Phase 2 · not live yet

What broke, and where

Live device and ONU status, interface throughput, uptime history and outage detection along the access chain — so the desk knows about a dark OLT before the fifth caller does.

  • Device and ONU reachability with uptime history
  • Interface and traffic graphs per router and per port
  • Outage detection and alerting to whoever is on shift
  • Alarm correlation along the topology rather than one alert per affected subscriber

Reporting & analytics

Phase 2 · not live yet

The numbers a board asks for

Revenue, growth, churn, ARPU, collection rate, SLA attainment and utilisation — exportable, and derived from the same ledgers the invoices come from rather than a parallel set of figures.

  • Revenue and collection reporting straight off the payments ledger
  • Churn and ARPU by package, by estate and by month
  • SLA attainment and technician performance
  • Scheduled exports to email

GIS & fibre mapping

Phase 3 · not live yet

  • Coverage map for sales, and a fault overlay for the NOC

AI support & network intelligence

Phase 3 · not live yet

The routine half of the queue

An assistant that answers the questions your desk answers forty times a week, across web, WhatsApp and SMS — and, on the network side, reads monitoring data and explains an outage rather than listing its symptoms.

  • Account-aware chat across web, WhatsApp, SMS and email
  • Ticket triage and written summaries
  • Root-cause analysis across the access chain
  • Anomaly detection on traffic and session behaviour
